An 8-session course for regular practitioners to learn proper alignments of asana posture that can help prevent & treat injury.
With Senior Iyengar Teacher Lina Shuman @iyengar.yoga.lebanonThroughout the course, participants will learn about the various benefits of yoga for preventing and treating injuries, practicing with proper alignment using props.The focus will be on extending and uniformly moving the muscles in order to promote mindfulness and balance in the body.Regular practice of Iyengar yoga is said to contribute to overall wellbeing, including physical qualities such as flexibility, speed, agility, stamina, endurance, strength, and power, as well as mental characteristics like motivation, focus, concentration, and alertness.Spots are limited to 7 only.
Course Fees: $160 for 8 sessions or $90 for the 4 sessions.
Attendance is expected for all the 8 or 4 sessions, candidates cannot attend one session only.
